Our Team

Project Manager:

Brigid Quilligan is our Project Manager. She has a strong focus on Travellers’ Rights and is a proud Traveller woman.

 

Community Development Worker:

Helena Clark is our Community Development Worker she works with the community in relation to Accommodation, Education and Equality.

 

 

Administration:

Project Administrator

Siobhán O’Connor is our Project Administrator. Siobhán is responsible for the day to day running of the Project. Siobhán is based in Áras an Phobail, Tralee.

 

Community Link Workers:

Michelle McCarthy, Molly McCarthy and Tammy O’Brien are our Community Link workers. Michelle and Molly are based in Áras an Phobail, Tralee and Tammy is based in Ballyspillane FRC, Killarney.

 

Third Level Traveller Access Officers:

Christina Boland     Katie Coffey

Christina Boland and Katie Coffey are our two Third Level Traveller Access Officers, Christina works with senior cycle secondary school students and Katie works with Junior Cycle students. They are both based in the IT Tralee.

 

Health Action Zone:

HAZ Team Co-ordinator:

Mary Kiernan is our HAZ Team Coordinator. She works with the Traveller Community Health Workers to address the health issues in the community.

 

Traveller Community Health Workers:

Anita Quilligan, Breda Quilligan, Bridget McCarthy, Noreen Casey and Mikey McCarthy are our Traveller Community Health Workers.  Anita works in Tralee & Ardfert, Breda works in Castleisland & Tralee, Bridget works in Tralee & Listowel and Noreen works in Killarney. Mikey is our Men’s Health Worker and his role is countywide.
