Support Yellow Flag team to recruit new schools for Sept 2015

The Yellow Flag Programme is now looking for applications from schools interested in taking part in the programme this Sept 2015!

The closing date for applications is the 30th of April. We would really value your support in encouraging schools in your area to apply to take part.

Including Yellow Flag in LECP plans

On the 24th of March 2015 the Yellow Flag team made a presentation to the Housing Social and Community Committee of the City and County Managers Association. On their advice the Yellow Flag team has written to the Chief Executive of each local authority across the country informing them of the Yellow Flag. We have also looked to see if a commitment to roll out the Yellow Flag Programme could be included in the 6 year Local Economic and Community Plans (LECP) that are being developed by each local authority. The Yellow Flag Team would value local groups support in securing this commitment to roll out the Yellow Flag Programme in your counties Local Economic and Community Plan (LECP).
