IT, Tralee is pleased to announce details of an Experiential Taster Programme in Professional Cookery. This programme will provide ‘hands-on’ practical training sessions and demonstrations. The programme will start on Thursday 7th May (Provisional Date) for a 2-hour introduction and then every Thursday for four weeks. The programme will run in the Hotel Culinary Arts & Tourism Building, Institute of Technology, Tralee, North Campus.
Classes for this programme will run from 10am – 2pm
If you are interested in a place on this programme, please complete and return the form below to the Lifelong Learning Department, Institute of Technology, Tralee, North Campus by 5pm, Wednesday 22nd April. The programme will offer 10 places. If there are more than 10 applicants, then people will have to be interviewed for their places.
This programme will run pending funding from the Department of Social Protection under the Activation and Family Support Programme. As part of the application for funding, participants on the programme or their spouses are required to be in receipt of a social welfare payment. On the application form the Institute is required to provide the PPS Number for each of the programme participants.
